Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package via the courier’s website.

Customs & Duties (for international orders)

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

 

Ekwi Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs, but we’ll do our best to assist you in tracking down delayed packages. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days (UK/Nigeria) or 21 business days (international), please contact us at info@ekwiclothing.com

 

Pre-orders & Made-to-Order Items

For pre-orders or made-to-order pieces, please allow additional time for production. Estimated delivery times will be stated in the product description.

Processing Time

 

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • During busy periods (e.g. launches or sales), processing times may be extended to 3–5 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
